Luna Finn has been practicing makeup since early 2013. she received her master makeup artist certification from Blush School of Makeup in San Francisco, CA. Luna is able to do everyday, bridal, couture, runway, theatre, and special FX. recently, she has done work with circus artists in character development and specific looks.
